Cinnamon Sugar Matzah Brie

Ingredients
  

  • 4 sheets Matzah
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • First, saute butter and matzah on medium heat for 2 minutes to toast the matzah.
  • Next, lower the heat and add whisked eggs and stir for a minute.
  • Finally, take off the heat and mix in the salt, yogurt, and cinnamon sugar. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
