Pasta Salad Skewers

Festive pasta salad appetizers are so cute your guests will give you a big high five. It is like a pasta salad fashion show with a rosemary dress and tomato earrings.

Ingredients

12 rosemary sprigs
12 cherry tomatoes
8 oz mozzarella ball (small) cut in half
16 oz cheese tortellini cooked and let cool

Instructions

Remove leaves from most of the rosemary sprigs, leaving some on the top so it looks pretty.
On each rosemary skewer, add tomato, half mozzarella ball (flat side up) and a cooked cheese tortellini.
Arrange on your favorite serving dish, add some wonderful pesto for dipping - enjoy!
