Happy Birthday America!

Tom and I love July 4th. We go to the Hamptons with our Frenchie Charlie and just chill out from the amazing fast lane of NYC. Charlie also thinks it’s his birthday, because we spend lots of time with him. To us when these 3 day holiday weekends happen, it is a time to celebrate with good food and tasty cocktails that are fast and easy so we can enjoy the time off and watch the fireworks by the beach.
