This Piña coladas drink is like a sunny day on the beach with a fruity island breeze. I can’t wait for you to cheers with me to this recipe. As always … I try to find an easier way to make my fave recipes easier. I love Piña coladas, but they are so heavy and every drink requires messing up a blender.
This recipe takes away the blender and you can make one or ten drinks. It’s my dump and pour into a glass cocktail (easy with very little steps).
Sunshine Tequila Colada Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients
- Coconut water
- A splash of pineapple juice
- 1 to 2 oz Tequila
- 1 lime wedge
Instructions
- Fill glass with ice, pour coconut water almost to the top (approximately 3/4 full), splash in pineapple juice almost to the top, a glug of tequila and give a quick squeeze of lime to top it off.
