Hello, my fellow busy homecooks! This recipe is my go-to when I’ve forgotten to go to the grocery store and have 15 minutes of energy to cook before I pass out.
This has special meaning for me because this was a staple in my house growing up. My mom was a teacher and raised me and my sister.
She had very little time, and this Parmesan pasta was a quick and easy dish to make while she was in the midst of helping us with our homework and also doing her own school work. This dish was actually not a main course; it was served as a side with chicken or a pork chop, but this recipe shows you how to make it stand on its own!
