Let the holiday drinking begin. This is an easy Christmas drink that your guests will go crazy for the recipe. We wish you a happy, minty and sugary holiday!
Cranberry Mojito Recipe
(serving size 1 – multiply accordingly)
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup of rum (we use Bacardi)
- 1 cup of your favorite Ginger Ale
- Handful of fresh cranberries (freeze for an hour)
- Lots of ice
Instructions
- Tear 4 to 5 leaves of mint and put it in the bottom of a pretty glass
- Squeeze 1/2 of lime into the glass
- Throw in the squeezed lime and muddle to let out all the fun flavors!
Muddle by using the back of a wooden spoon – pressing and mixing the ingredients at the bottom of the glass.
- Take out the lime – it is time to say goodbye to its holiday destiny
- Add ice, rum and the ginger ale
- Mix the ingredients
- Add a handful of the frozen cranberries for a pop of festive holiday Santa red!
