
I am a big fan of the boxes of pealed garlic cloves you can get from Fresh Direct or Whole Foods here in NYC. It’s so convenient and comes with an abundant of garlic! Now the only down fall is for even me (who tests recipes all week), I can’t use all that garlic. So I thought … what can I do with the leftovers so I don’t waste food?
