Easy Shrimp and Garlic Bread Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons of butter
- 1 1/2 lb of shrimp (peeled and deveined*)
- 1 Lemon (1/2 for zest and the other 1/2 for juice)
- 1/2 cup of ground up packaged Garlic Butter Croutons
- 1 package of your favorite pasta (I recommend angel hair – yum!)
- ~1 cup of reserved pasta water
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Prepare pasta ahead of time and set aside (remember to save the pasta water!)
- Melt 2 1/2 T of butter in a pan over medium high heat
- Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper
- Add 1.5 pounds of shrimp
- Stir mixing all the ingredients – you will hear it sizzling
- Add zest from half of a lemon – brightens up the beautiful flavors
- Continue to stir
- Add cooked pasta and stir
- Cut up 1/2 of the lemon and squeeze over pasta
- Add pasta water in small amounts while stirring until the pasta is moist and not clumping
- Add ground garlic butter croutons
- Stir and mix in thoroughly
- Add additional pasta water as you stir making sure there is a nice sauce
- Add 1/2 T of butter
- Stir and mix in thoroughly
- Plate and enjoy
