Festive pasta salad appetizers are so cute your guests will give you a big high five.
It is like a pasta salad fashion show with a rosemary dress and tomato earrings. My favorite part is you can make the skewers, put them on your favorite platter, and leave them in the refrigerator the night before. This will make less work on the day of the party. Also, try out my fun pesto recipe for dipping.
In Chop Happy land all recipes are simple. The secret ingredient is a dash of gratitude to ensure a smile.
The platter you see in the picture was actually for my friend’s holiday party. She asked what recipes she should make from Chop Happy and I said when is your party? So, I filmed all the fun recipes for December on the same day and then gave the food all to her for Christmas. She was super excited and I felt like I catered to the stars lol!
Party Planning Tip: Make recipes for food and drinks that you can make the day ahead! This way on the day of your party you can be well rested and not stressed. Simplicity and smiles are a must in the kitchen!
A great goal is to set your intentions to simplifying your life. This will keep your head clear and give you enough time to notice the miracles around you!
