Mango Wine Slushy (vacation in a glass)

You won’t believe how easy it is to make this mango slushy. As you sip this, you will taste the tart-sweet mango, fruity wine, and a touch of citrus. To make this even easier, I use store-bought frozen mangos. This eliminates the step of cutting the fruit and freezing overnight because honestly, who has time to wait for a cocktail? So for all my busy home cooks, this is dedicated to you. After a long week, turn on the blender, drop the ingredients in, and after a minute, close your eyes as you sip your way to a vacation.
This recipe is my way of showing you that making cocktails can actually be very easy and doesn’t require fancy gadgets.
I am so grateful for you reading this and continuing to follow and support Chop Happy! Cheers to you and all the amazing things you do in your day!

 Tips for Happy Cocktail Making:

  • Always use good alcohol when making drinks. It really matters. Cheap alcohol has a chemical taste and can also give you a hangover even if you don’t drink a lot.
  • Always choose cocktail recipes you can make in bulk so you can spend more time relaxing. Here are 3 of my top cocktails for a crowd: Cocktail Recipes For a Crowd.
  • Easy cocktails will make you love making your own, and it’s cheaper!
  • As always, these recipes are part of my mission to provide you with 2 goals:
    1) To make amazingly simple homemade comfort food.
          2) To learn useful tips to make cooking fun.
