Simple Tangy Ginger Dressing

Get ready for a tangy, sweet, and flavorific ginger dressing that takes less than a minute to make. I originally created this recipe for my smoked salmon rice bowl. Because it was so good, I also used it for my watermelon poke bowl. And even though it's not on the blog just yet, I mix tomatoes, onions, and scallions with this ginger dressing to make an awesome side.

  • Hey I love this dressing! It is super easy fast and has a nice creamy texture. I used it as a marinade for chicken breast because I wanted to dress up a boring Tuesday night dinner and it worked out perfectly - even my picky teenager loved it! Thanks so much!
