This video will change the way you make pasta forever!

Do you just dump the sauce on top of the pasta? Hopefully this video will show you the light and allow the pasta and sauce to mingle and dance before you enjoy. This will make the dish feel like it came from your favorite Italian restaurant. The table has been set, the happy couple wrote their vows and the dinner after the marriage will be super delish!

Other Fun Tips to Make Pasta Dishes Perfect

  • Drizzle the golden fruity extra virgin olive oil on top of the pasta to finish.
  • Add a handful of bright green parsley or basil to not only brighten up the dish, but to add a fresh taste.
  • Cheese never hurt pasta’s feelings! Sprinkle a handful of Parmesan cheese all over the pasta.
  • No matter what the cooking time is for the pasta subtract 1 minute so it is Al dente (means it has some bite) so it can finish cooking in the sauce. This will make sure the pasta is cooked perfectly.

Hi Maria :-)! Im so excited to hear from you!
      Of course here it is:
-2 large cans of crushed or chopped tomatoes
      -3 garlic cloves chopped
-1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
      -1 onion chopped
      -Extra Virgin Olive Oil
      – Handful of Parsley and Basil Fresh chopped.

On medium heat add 2 swirls around the pan of olive oil with the onions and red peppers and cook for a minute. Then add the garlic and stir 30 seconds. Lower heat to medium low and add the 2 cans of tomatoes and stir. Let sit on low for 15-20 minutes then add the parsley and basil and get ready to mic the pasta in.

Hope this helps and Em so grateful for your question!
