3 Busy Day Recipes That Are Super Easy To Make

I work during the day and at night I turn into a food blogger. So busy day recipes are my jam. I dream all day of what I am going to make for dinner. Living in NYC I want it to be fast as the taxis and big bold flavors like its a star on Broadway. Hope these recipes make life easier and dinner awesome!

1) Pizza Fries (weeknight dinner smiles)

Nothing says party like Pizza Fries for dinner on a weeknight. This is a quick and easy solution to get dinner on the table fast. My trick is using frozen fries to save time! Also, your family will applaud you when you present a sheet tray of crispy salty fries topped with bubbling melted cheese and a discs of crispy pepperoni.

3) One Sheet Pan Dijon Salmon Recipe

love one sheet pan recipes! This is definitely a flaky, sweet busy day recipe. There are less things to clean and it’s a drop and cook kind of recipe. This is a go to weeknight family meal that is so juicy with fun tang. The salmon is slathered with yummy Dijon mustard that when cooked flavors the salmon with a wine like rich flavor and keeps it buttery delish.
