Milk and a yogurt starter is all you need to make creamy tangy yogurt at home. Also, you can choose lots of easy methods to make yogurt at home. Choose between a yogurt maker, slow cooker, or even just a mason jar as your equipment. I will show you how to make this with all 3 methods below.  This all started when I received my WELLness Red Box from ZZeal. This was such an amazing self care kit. Every month you’re get a box filled with all kinds of self care products. You also receive a calendar with different things you can do for yourself  during the month. The yogurt starter was in there and it caught my eye right away. You can say it was yogurt love at first site! So I had to make homemade yogurt for sure. I was so surprised how easy it was. I love the Zeal red box because it reminds you to take care of you! We all spend so much time worrying and taking care of others that we sometimes forget about us. If you do not recharge you will be no good to take  care of others. So after reading this post do something happy for you. Say thank you to you for being awesome and surviving all the challenges life gives you! Finally, be proud of yourself!

Self-care is always important! Just like life we need balance. Burger on Monday and yogurt on Tuesday. Also, happy balance. If it is a stressful day make sure you meditate or spend sometime doing yoga to balance out your energy.

Here are 3 Tips For Self Care For Busy People:

  1. As you walk or rush to wherever you go today say thank you every step. This brings you into the now and is a quick reminder to be grateful!
  2. Even if you only have a minute to spare, close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths to calm your mind and body.
  3. Tell the people you love you are grateful for them in a text for phone call. The more you spread gratitude the more you feel grateful!
