3 Cozy Soups Ready in 30 Minutes

Nothing is more comfy cozy then a hot bowl of soup as I stare out my apartment window (with Charlie my frenchie) at the NYC skyline. The most important thing is to make the recipe simple and fast because I am a Chiropractor by day and food blogger at night. When I get home I want to eat asap!

2) Slow Cooker Kimchi Soup 

You are going to love this recipe as its easy and totally make ahead delish. Also, it will last a couple of meals and gets better each day. This pasta tastes bright and citrusy from the lemon and clementines, crunchy and sweet from the cabbage, and a little spicy from the red pepper flakes! This is the easiest of the soups.

3) Pumpkin Pie Soup

The comforting cinnamon, spicy ginger and sweet honey in the soup is the perfect way to get the fall/winter brrr to melt away.
