I am a Chiropractor by day and food blogger at night so stress free dinners are so important in my household. I sometimes happily do not get home till 8:00 pm (so time to cook is limited). Here are 3 recipes I make for me and Tom during crazy weekdays. Hope these recipes make your dinner smile!

The slow cooker is a busy persons best friend. Drop everything in the slow cooker and come home to a warm meal waiting for you! Also this recipe has you skip boiling the pasta. Just drop the pasta from the box into the other ingredients and it cooks perfectly! GET THE RECIPE
