Cinnamon Sugar Matzah Brie
Ingredients
- 4 sheets Matzah
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- First, saute butter and matzah on medium heat for 2 minutes to toast the matzah.
- Next, lower the heat and add whisked eggs and stir for a minute.
- Finally, take off the heat and mix in the salt, yogurt, and cinnamon sugar. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
